Find the right person in a timely manners. This way, members could find each other for project meetings, and discussions a lot more effective. Sometimes it's really frustrating not being able to find people at their desks and not knowing their contact mail addresses, I think it really helps teams a lot.
Seeing countless company e-forms and getting so much frustration not knowing how to fill the right information under right category, this feature shows step by step images so that people can just follow along and complete their tasks without extra efforts. This is to share experience and help each others fill forms a lot more efficient.
It happens alot for managers or members that need to work on the same project not knowing who takes day off, sometimes alot of work hours are wasted because of that. So, in this chatbot, it helps record the status of each member and for everyone in the group easily to check on the vacation days and plan ahead on the project schedule.
For a lot of companies, controlling manpower allocation status is a crucial task because it tells how effective members are on a project. For companies that count manpower by hourly, it's hard to keep track of total hours that people work on a specific project when they are working 3 to 5 projects simultaneously. It's easier if an assistant filtered the work item and lead them to correctly imput the manpower data. This feature really speeds up all the miscommunication or spending extra times on helping each other input the manpower data.
It would be even more effective if I collect the data and throw them into a model and train. This way, it can further improve the existing company system by learning from the users' frustratioin and providing a better user experience.
Currently this chatbot is only tested within my own team and I am the only developer working on this(use my spare time, this is not work project) Hopefully, some day soon, other teams could join us and better improve overall chatbot system and functionalties.
Provide more assistants on how I did the chatbot with the program language that I use to further inspire more people diving and working together to build a more powerful chatbot.
If the chatbot is used by the whole department, it could even be a better way to broadcast information within the department.
